Excellent Show - Terrible Management
Incredible show! Really, really amazing. It was above and beyond what we had expected. The Christmas Spectacular show had been a while since we went to see.
I understand that there is no break for the late-comers to be seated, but this is impossible to deal with. A terrible situation. There were discussions and arguments taking place between the people who arrived and the ushers. The reason for the 3 stars is that for the first 20-30 minutes of the performance, people who were arriving late were being seated while the show was going on, constantly obstructing our view.
Late arrivals should be standing in the back of the theater to watch the show. I left my house 4 hours in advance to be there on time. Why can't everyone do the same?
